Refund and Returns Policy

At ACE Agri Plex, customer satisfaction is our priority. We strive to provide high-quality agricultural products and reliable service. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our Refund and Returns Policy below.

Eligibility for Returns

Customers may request a return if:

  • The product received is damaged, defective, or expired.

  • The wrong product was delivered.

  • The product is significantly different from what was ordered.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The request must be submitted within 7 days of receiving the order.

  • The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase (invoice or order confirmation) must be provided.

Non-Returnable Items

For safety, quality, and regulatory reasons, the following products cannot be returned:

  • Opened pesticides, insecticides, herbicides, fungicides, or fertilizers.

  • Products with broken seals or damaged packaging.

  • Products improperly stored after delivery.

  • Special-order or customized products.

  • Clearance, promotional, or discounted items unless defective.

Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product:

  1. Contact our customer support team within 48 hours of delivery.

  2. Provide:

    • Order number

    • Product photographs

    • Description of the issue

  3. Our team will review your claim and respond within 3–5 business days.

If approved, we may:

  • Replace the product,

  • Issue a store credit, or

  • Provide a refund, depending on the situation.

Return Shipping

  • If the return is due to our error (wrong product, defective item, damaged delivery), ACE Agri Plex will bear the return shipping costs.

  • If the return is requested for reasons other than our error, the customer may be responsible for return shipping charges.

Refund Policy

Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method or bank transfer within 7–14 business days.

Refunds may be issued for:

  • Defective products

  • Incorrectly supplied products

  • Orders cancelled before shipment

Shipping and handling charges are generally non-refundable unless the return results from our error.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before dispatch by contacting our customer support team.

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled and will be subject to the return process outlined in this policy.

Product Performance Disclaimer

Agricultural product performance may vary depending on:

  • Soil conditions

  • Weather conditions

  • Crop management practices

  • Water quality

  • Application methods

Therefore, ACE Agri Plex cannot offer refunds based solely on crop performance or expected results unless the product is proven defective.
